Copper engraving with original hand colour; drawn, engraved and published by John Andrews, January 17th 1796, as Plate III of John Stockdale's, Geographical Atlas of England, 1809.

Image size: 13 1/8" x 10 1/8" plus generous borders.

Generally good condition throughout.

This map shows the natural features - rivers and hills - of England and Wales. The hills and mountains are described by hachure emphasised with colour to lend dimension. Scarce.
