An unusual French map of Australia, its lines of longitude measured from from the Paris Meridian. The map is embellished with a charming vignette of an Aborigine - whose canoe is brandished 'Oceanique Centrale' - and a trio of Antipodean marsupials: kangaroo, wombat and platypus
